DCU or NFCU for refinance and how long to wait after I just closed on a house?

Hi guys.  I just closed on my house yesterday.  (Whee!)  And of course it isn't reporting yet, but I'm really hoping to refi both of my cars this month.  They are both primed to refi and i've been holding off the last 7 months while I built this house.

How soon is too soon to refi now that I've got the keys to the home, and which CU would you guys recommend for someone with a 700ish FICO (perfect car credit for 15+ years)?

Apply with Dcu. 1.99 without dd, 1.49 with dd.

I apologize but I don't know what DD is.  Also, how long do you think I should wait or can I go ahead and do it?

Does anyone happen to know what CRA they pull?  I'm in south carolina.

And when it says apply online, will they actually refi me, even on a Saturday or Sunday?

DCU almost exclusively pulls Equifax

They are both excellent choices, but I choose DCU. Refi everything with them if they want to take it all.
