DCU with a past repo?

Please let me know how it goes, I just recently opened a DCU account. Unfortunately I have an excessive amount of inquiries I will garden for about 6-7 months and this will drop about 8-10 inquiries and my current auto loan will be at 2 years with no lates and I would like to have less than 10% utili. I also have a repo from late in 2013..recovered and finished paying about 13 months early in full.

Well after getting the only collection account deleted off my Equifax I expect my score to shoot over 650. Will I have a shoot getting an auto loan with DCU?

Equifax is now at 659. Still not sure if I've got a shot at getting a loan from DCU with that repo from October of last year.

I had one in August of last year and was just approved at 4.74 with discount for 30500 exactly the amount I asked for

There are examples of us getting them. Only one way to find out in the end! Please post results if you app and good luck! A repo doesn't mean the end of credit!

Hi could you please share what your EQ score that DCU uses was? I am gardening until December to apply and would like to know if I should wait a few more months.

No problem it was 655 I posted all details of my approval as a topic (dcu data point) also they refi there own loans so when you get your free score on the last Friday of every month and once it hits 675 pull the trigger and get it lowered to there lowest rate

They use eq beacon score the give you a free score every month of the exact score they will use its like cheating almost lol

If you are that close I would call and speak to a loan officer and see if they can just help you out I think you will be surprised
