DCU

Hello group is anyone a member with DCU credit union and if so how are they ? I was told they have great rates maybe even better than Navy Federal. I would love to try to get an auto loan with the rates they claim to be offering 1.99% on all cars 730 and above fico scores

Re: DCU

I have an auto loan with them, had 2 up until June when I traded one of them. I am at 1.49% rate (got reduction of .5% for direct deposit to them). I have had my loans since February 2015. To qualify for best rate you only need a score of 675. They use EQ04 for products which is known as a mortgage score. I have had no issues with them.

Re: DCU

I'm happy with them.  Got 2.7%, lower than anywhere else I rate shopped.  No complaints here.

Re: DCU

EQ04 is what it is. Should be under commonly used mortgage scores on the 3b report.

Re: DCU

Yea I have 3b scoring as well and under commonly use mortgage lending it says equifax score 5, Transunion score 4 and experian score 2, so how is it you see an equifax score 4 when under that tab it's saying score 5 ? I'm sorry if I'm confusing anyone I'm just trying to understand myself because this is not the first time I seen someone say this. I just need a little clarity thanks

Re: DCU

I no longer have the 3b, but it was there when I did. Let me take a look at my mortgage paperwork and see which version they pulled. I have used 2 companies, one a big company and now with a credit union and know they pulled same version. I also receive my credit score from DCU monthly and looking at that it says version EQ04.

Re: DCU

I misspoke, sorry for the misinformation. It is the EQ05 looking at my DCU emails! Hope that corrects the confusion Smiley Happy

Bummer.  My EQ5 is my lowest score, about 40-50 below the rest and the auto score.
