So on the 1st of the month I drove 45 min away to a dealership that displayed an SUV I wanted on its website but when I sat down with the dealer he told me its on its way to them in transit. I test drove the same car with one difference in options that I wanted so I put down a deposit and he told me the day I come to pick it up they will run my credit and do the lease. On the 3rd I started getting all these notifications on my phone that experian and quafax was pulled 3 times a piece and dealer did not respond to any of my calls or emails for a week. Its the 12th now and still no call or anything. I took matters into my own hands and called Chrysler capital on 8th to see if I was approved when they ran my credit and they said that I was. I understand the car is still in transit but how do I protect my credit now if it dose not show up till my offers expire? I feel like Im being taken advantage of. They seroiusly told me the car was like a few hours away from waiting to be delievered.
