I got a pre-approved mailer from Firstmark -- I think the 1st solicitation for credit of any type I've ever gotten from them, though I've been a member for 10+ years -- for 55,000 at 3.15%. My FICO 08 scores are all 750'ish. Questions:
* is that a good rate for new car financing from a bank/FCU?
* has anyone had experience borrowing from this small FCU?
Thanks.

That is an excellent rate. The only way you would get lower would be through manufacturer financing.. I have no experience with this CU personally but that rate is excellent. Not sure if you have a credit card with them but I am sure you would recieve the best rate and a nice SL.

By comparison, DCU is offering $50,000 at 2.49% to members with decent or better scores (which I would think 750 would fall under). That doesn't make this offer sound so good.
