Help with refinance

Hello everyone, After I filed bk 6/2015 I picked up a car note with CPS on a used car, 06 Volvo S40. I owe $7800 but the interest rate is 24%. Do you guys think there are companies that would give me a chance to refinance this loan as my credit has gotten better since the initial purchase? I read that capital one doesn't refi cars over 7 years old and they were my primary choice at first 😟

Try a credit union or see if you can get a personal loan at a lower rate and pay that off. The LTV Ratio might disqualify you for refinance. Check NADA/KBB for the value and see what the retail price is and go from there.
