I paid off my auto loan  on 5-31,  received Title, June 15th. How long before I know my fate in terms of, my score going up or down?

Once it reports $0, then FICO will read it as a closed and paid TL. If you want to compare the before and after, be sure to pull now to narrow out utilization, age, etc.
