No it's not.  Reason being you can't have a 0 score.  You can have no score at all but there's no such thing as a zero FICO score.  Unless it's a buy here pay here I can't imagine them not wanting proof of income.

With absolutely no credit history it would be a huge challenge for a dealer to secure financing at all. It would most likely require a co-signer or a very large down payment and documentation of employment and income. But that is just my speculation. I'm sure some poster will come around and say I"I got a $50,000 BMW with just my license and a smile and handshake with no credit file".

maybe at buy here pay here lot but they are scum. even some of these want places want proof of income.
