Leasing question

OK, I searched, really I did. Can't find the answer but sure it has been asked a thousand times. Sorry.

I am new to leasing vehicles. How does a car lease code on CR's? Is it an installment just like if I had bought it?

Mine looks like this:

	Account No.:	****	****	****
	Condition:	Open	Open	Open
	Balance:	$1XXXX	$1XXXX	$1XXXX
	Type:	Auto Lease	Lease	Auto Loan
	Pay Status:	Current	Current	Current

And yes, it is an installment loan.

If the lease is your only installment account, you will see a little drop in score. Otherwise, no.

Nope, not my only installment -- I still have about 17 other installment accts on EX and TU.

Both EX and TU have updated tho -- EX +4, TU +7 -- I'll take it!
