NFCU wow!

Income $18,500 a month after taxes. Mtg pmt $2,659 with no other debt. No auto loan history since 2009.

Went in today and spent 5 minutes with Loan Officer, walked out with a check for $78,000 after putting down $61,000 for a 2017 Porsche 911 Carrera S that MSRP for $137,600. I wasn't expecting it to be that easy. 7.69% for 72 months with pmt of around $1,340ish. My Porsche dealer would only get me $50,000 from local banks and that was with a co-signer. NFCU gave me the loan all by myself.

Congrats, but I hope you can pay it off quick, that is a lot of money in interest.  With your income I could be a millionaire in 10+ years.
