You need to determine where you want to get your refinancing from. Lendingtree https://www.lendingtree.com/auto-loans-index is a great source to help you. Your local credit union is also good. If you're with a credit union call them to find out who they pull. if you're not with one, sign up for their nominal required deposit and then refinance. Call the cu you're interested in joining and explain you want to join and refinance your car, and what to know who they pull. They will walk you through the process.
A credit union is your best bet. Or if you're with Creditkarma.com or Creditsesame.comthey also have different offers that match your credit scores.
