Are you considering new or used vehicles?
Are you a member of any CUs? They aren't always the best option, depending on the CU.
From what I remember, it's not bad credit or rebuilder credit you have. It's new credit? Is that correct?
Yes, very new and limited. But a 700+ score.

I'd do some research and take a stab at a CU with good rates. Cap One is known to offer some decent rates. Though not to everyone.
The CU doesn't have to be local to you. Just make sure they service auto loans in other states.
19 now 20 year old nephew got a 72 months at 2.39% rate through a CU recently. That rate is very difficult to match from most banks or even credit unions. Take your time and get in with a good one or ten. lol
I had a great score and VERY new credit when I was looking for an auto loan and I had a very hard time finding an approval. It's the reason why I came here to the forums. I tried Capital One Auto Navigator several times before I got an approval. DCU also approved me. I also tried my luck at the dealer. About 7-8 banks denied me, but Toyota Financial Services approved me and offered the best rate, so I went with them. Good luck.
I'm not sure this is a widely known thing, but Chrysler Capital has a prequalification link here
Hope this helps!
