Well I pulled the trigger... was approvego for capital one blank check with interest rate of 7.75. Went to dealership found the 2011 Chevy cruze my daughters been looking at pulled the trigger! And dealership got Chase beat eat the rate with 5.99% My daughter is happy... I am happy this rebuilding thing is working out quite nice!
