Please Help!- Does anyone know at what point do they reposess your vehicle after being late with 2 payments over 30?

Trying to avoid Ch. 13 .

None of us know your lender's risk tolerance.

Once you are even a day late on your car payment you are subject to repossession.

When you say you have two payments over 30 days, do you mean you are currently over 60 days late or you are over 30 days late at the moment?

If you're trying to avoid BK, I'd call your lender and try to work out an agreement.  Many lenders have departments that specialize in hardship issues, I'd fully explore that before playing the waiting game for your car to become missing in the middle of the night.
