Re: Question about refinancing

You may be able to get your own financing now. Doesn't make sense to buy a car through the dealership knowing you can get a better rate from the start..I hate to see people allow themselves to be taken advantage of. The truth is you could be sitting as low as 1.74% on the length of that loan. That's a substantial savings over the life of the loan.

Re: Question about refinancing

Gmood do you know the difference between your auto fico score and your regular fico 8 score ? Because you keep saying I got ripped off and I don't even know what actual scores were pulled on my credit until I get what scores were pulled you can't say I got ripped off?

Re: Question about refinancing

Do you understand when you go through the dealer. They can tack on to your original rate. They make money off this as well as when you buy gap or extra warranties. You can get an extra 100,000 mile warranty bumper to bumper thru PenFed for around $1000. That's on top of what originally comes from the manufacturer. Do not purchase any extra products from the dealer.

Re: Question about refinancing

If the vehicle is two years or newer, you get the new car rate.

Re: Question about refinancing

Let the first statement cut then go refinance.
