I did a repo and have 8 months to go until the 4yr SOL for being sued is up. I have gotten 3 collection letters withing the time I turmed in my vehicle which is weird because I have gotten many more for owing 100.00 on a collection.My loan was with Santander and owe a total of 7700.00, I dont think they will let that high amount go unpaid. The collection agency that has the collection is Cascade Collection and have read they are hard to deal with. Has anybody had a somewhat positive experience where they don't end up suing?
