Refinance question

Just got approved for 5.2% from carmax fiance group. How long should I wait until I can refinance with a DCU for one of those 1.99 to 2.49 intrest rate with them

I did mine a couple of weeks after purchase. I let the dust settle from all the paperwork and I had my new registration in hand. Didn't want the state or banks all confused.

Thanks can u tell me what was your starting % rate and what did you end up getting % wise after you refinance and with what bank

I had 6.10% from a local CU (this was for a used car purchase). I refinanced with PenFed for 4.10%. I didn't try DCU because I wasn't 2 years post discharge.
