Does anyone know of any sites that offer prequalification rates without a hard pull? PenFed and Capital1 offer this service, but I am looking for other options to explore.
I want to refinance but I don't want hard inquiries for every application (even if they count as one during the two week period). I am a tier1 applicant with 0 debt.

Do you have membership in any CUs, sometimes they'll offer the best rates. I'd look around your local area or search larger CUs if you qualify for membership and you can get an idea of the best rates they currently offer. Assuming your credit is as good as you think it is and your DTI / income qualifies then I'd go ahead and apply for financing with them and you'll likely only incur one inquiry.
Chase does it, Jovia FCU, Redstone

This is correct.
My local CU do have the lowest rates.
Since the Feds have announced lowering the rates, I will wait to re-fi my auto loan...
