+1, just dispute it as obsolete if it was repo in 2003, I just did this for a voluntary repo in 2004 that was on Innovis only and poof it was gone.
Credit Bureaus must delete any "Charged Off" or "Collection" account upon 7 years of the Date of Last Activity (DLA) unless it is a Bankruptcy or Tax Lien, which can remain on your bureau for up to 15 years depending on the amount involved. The date of last activity is defined as the date the creditor listed the account as charged off or in collections with no future payment activity. Now, in the case of a collection, if you make any payments after the account is in collection, you start the clock all over again.
