Reporting lag time?

OK, dumb question, and we all know that I'm impatient...

Refinanced a car away from Santander earlier this month...as of today, when I log into Sandander's website, it shows a zero balance with zero payment due...but my credit report still shows the active trade line with a balance.

Any idea how long it takes Sandtander to report the loan as PIF?

Re: Reporting lag time?

It will likely get reported to the CAs when your next statement was due to be sent.

I bought a car last month on 7/23/12. The old loan is still on my reports and the new one is not showing yet.

Re: Reporting lag time?

I'm just hoping that the old loan shows PIF before the new loan shows up...

Doesn't really make any difference I suppose....
