Score Drop Due To Car Payoff***

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct forum but I paid my car off in August due to a refinance with my local CU. Well I checked Credit Karma this morning and it stated that this account was removed from TU due to it being paid in full and closed. Could this be an error? I was under the impression that accounts stayed on your report for 10 years. My AOOA droppedto 5 months, when it was 2.5 years, it also dropped my AAoA to 2 months. :/ My FAKO dipped 3 points. What should I do?

It is most likely an error with CK.  Check your actual credit report with annualcreditreport.com rather than relying on Credit Karma.

Has the new tradeline with your CU started reporting yet (the refi)? If not, wait until it reports before you pull your credit.

Yes, it started reporting last week! This info was listed under the credit report section that was added I thought they pulled this straight from TU but maybe I'm wrong. I sure hope it's an error as it seems several people have noticed accounts missing on CK as well I will pull a new report within the next week! Thank you for your reply!
