What I have notice with these boards is someone will ask a question, without all the necessary details and then want free advice on what to do and then try and stir the pot against a company or organization then drop out of sight! I have has two auto loans with Chrysler Financial and had not had a problem. If they had proof of paying the missed payments they need to show it and get a written letter from one of the customer service representatives that said they corrected the lost payments and then provide this letter to the next service representative that says payments are missing. It's a pain in the butt, but if that truly made the payments getting an Attorney involved would at least get their credit report corrected and possible a few dollars in their pocket for the inconvenience.
