Someone, anyone Advise PLEASE

I have a 690 avg but am only 19 and pull less than $30k annually, put that and about $1600 (split 900, 700, on two CC) current balance (of total available 5,400 across 4 CC) doesnt make for easy loan approval. I am doing everything I can to get into "loan approved" material. But I'm not exactly sure what i need to do besides pay off the $1600, that much is obvious but theres no quick fix to short history so im really stuck in a rut. What can I do?

Your credit score is high enough....As long as you buy a car you can afford the payment on you will get approved.

Just pay off the cards first so that you don't pile on a new debt before the old is paid.
