To further the confusion just 2 days later was approved for Tier 3 on a Lexus Lease and the dealership was going to bump me to Tier 2 on a new NX with Nav.
I have decided to hold off on a new car right now but odd that the cheapest (Prius) I was denied to purchase but was approved at Tier 1 with Infiniti and Tier 2 at Lexus and all 3 pulled EX but Toyota that pulled EX and TU.
