additional income

I read somewhere here that you can include your spouse's income to qualify for a car loan.  is this true?  If so, how do you include it?  Thanks in advance for your help.

I guess you can do it if they ask for house hold income. Some lenders just ask for gross monthly income without specifying whether it is combine or not. I think it all depends on how it is asked. Personally, I have always used my HHI when applying for any credit unless lenders specifically request just mine.
