Help!!!!!!!!!!!!! a friend had a her dad finance a car they repo the car today saying no insurance.The car has insurance through usaa auto they(bank) have the proof and the insurace has Always been enforced now they(the bank) are saying they are not going to give the car back since she was driving.If the insurance co has no problem because she is on the policy does the loan/bank have a leg to stand on I think,but are the rules different in TX.the loan is current I know it's a weird topic but help if you can thank you in advance
