AES reporting Please Help!!!

I have gone through multiple disputes with AES and my loan status as included in bk. When I filed bk all of my student loan were in good standing as I was still in school. None of them were included in my bk. They all show as current accounts except the two with AES. These two are showing adverse accounts for the bk. The result of numerous disputes did lead to them restoring my payment history and account back to paid as agreed, yet it says included in bk. AES says that they have to report like this even if the loans weren't included in the bk filing. Has anyone else gone through this with AES. I am currently at my wits end fighting to these two accounts to report as the originally did prior to bk.

 So I filed a complaint with BBB and the  Federal Student Aid Ombudsman Group as well as contacted an FCRA attorney that is more than willing to take on my case. Wish me luck.

Technically they were "Included in BK" - just not discharged.

One of my student loans reports this way - though it continues to update regularly each month and shows positive payment history.

Is your TL updating each month?

No they aren't updating because when AES found out I filed bankruptcy the defaulted my loan and sold it to guarantor ECMC.
