I filed chp 13 in April 2016. My scores have been increasing steadily from 479 to 563. However, EVERY month wells Fargo student loan account updates. The amount doesn't change. It just updates the same information ie amount owed, included in bankruptcy and date reported. This causes me to lose 3 pts every month. Not much but every month like clockwork it updates. This is the ONLY account that does this.
I spoke to my lawyer and he said some companies do that even though they aren't supposed to. He said it would be useless to sanction them because the judge I'm assigned to does not look out for consumers and will not punish any creditor for violating BK rules.
Has anyone else experienced this?
