I had a creditor that was listed on my BK 7 petition charge my debit card. Is this illegal and can I dispute the payment with my bank? Thanks.

I would talk to your lawyer and ask them.
I wouldn't want to call it "illegal" without more information, like was it an automatic payment you had set up previously and didn't cancel? But you can always dispute any debit/credit card transaction, just list "not authorized" as the reason.
How long ago did you file, you have your BK case number, have you attended the meeting of creditors with the trustee? If so, did you sign a reaffirmation agreement with this creditor to keep whatever it was secured by?
I was able to get fees refunded because I had stopped my autopay a month prior but payments were still submitted. Tell the bank you filed bankruptcy. I told them that and was referred to their bankruptcy department. I stated that if the account is negative because of fees not something that was paid then I will include it in my bankruptcy and close my account. A week later they reversed $400 in fees and brought my account to positive.
