BK reporting

Maybe you could help me further with this issue:

I went to a credit class several years ago that was required as part of a bankruptcy filing.  I live in NY.  the teacher told us that in NY - the agencies CANNOT REPORT both the accounts and the bankruptcy - as that is like being hit twice.  she said that you had to send your schedule "E" which lists all the included accounts in the bankruptcy to the cra to get this taken care of.

However, I have not heard a thing or been able to get this in writing anywhere...any ideas?
