Hi,
I filed for BK in July 2019 and it was dismissed because I did not complete the required information to move forward. I reapplied for bankruptcy in August 2019 and it was discharged.
My question is, can the bankruptcy that was dismissed be removed from my credit report if I dispute it? What would I have to submit to the CRA to make that happen?
Thanks in advance!
Did you file on your own?
Nope. It was filed by my attorney.
@FireMedic1 I didn't file on my own. I had an attorney.

Sounds like you filed twice so having 2 BK on your reports is correct.
Having a BK dismissed doesn't make it go away from a reporting perspective.
Well since they're only a month apart. Sounds like the lawyer messed something up and then fixed it so you could be fully DC'ed. I'd talk to him/her and ask what they can do with the court. Theres only 1 BK lawyer on here and doesnt come too often. On the bright side. Least it went thru and your debt free.
