My MOC is currently scheduled for 12/21. When I filed I only had to provide 6 months of paycheck stubs and two years of income tax returns. I asked my attorney how many bank statements I should provide but he said the trustee never requests those in a no-asset Chapter 7 case. He said I make well below the limit and I'm a single mom of two kids so that won't request anything futher. Has anyone ever heard of that? I mean I assume my attorney knows best but it still makes me nervous because I don't want my MOC to be continued for any reason. I even emailed his paralegal today to make sure they have everything they need for Tuesday and she said that are ready to go. Thanks in advance!

Every trustee is different. You should have some trust in your lawyer that he knows what this particular trustee wants. Many areas have multiple trustees and you randomly drew a good one. This particular trustee knows already there is nothing to collect from you and wants to move your file along ASAP. Think about it another way... this trustee would rather spend time on above median filers who are much more likely to have assets that can be forcibly liquidated to pay himself a big commission. You'll be fine. Bring your bank statements if you want but don't offer the bank statements to the trustee proactively.
What jmw1 said. From afar your case sounds like a slam dunk. Also it's not the end of the world if by chance there is a document missing. If the trustee requires more documentation they will simply request it at the hearing and give you a time frame to submit. Good luck!
