Bk 13 and 120 day late being treated as a foreclosure

I am in the process of buying a new house, but I have ran into a snag. DU is treating my old mortgage as a foreclosure, and DU is denying me. This is for a conventional mortgage.

About 5 years I got into some money problems, got behind 120 days late on the mortgage and the house was going to be sold. I filed for BK 13 and saved the house and paid everything to get caught up and the case was discharged. This was a 100 percent repayment plan. We later sold the house and now looking to buy again.

But for some reason on my EX report it is showing some wording about pre forclosure with the 120 day lates and that it was discharged in the BK. No debt was discharged, it was paid and made current.

Has anyone dealt with a situation like this?

You need 2 years after CH13 discharge to get a conventional. It's not clear from your post if you waited long enough.

It has been 2 and a half years since my discharge.
