Buying a home

I just got discharged. My home was approved for a short sale in another state. We are almost at the finish line.

question: my mom wants to buy a home with us since she's getting older, it would be just easier to live together now. She has amazing credit. Would I hurt her?

Re: Buying a home

There is waiting periods for the different types of loans. Depending on loan, you may not be able to go on the loan at all. What type of BK did you file and what type of home loan are you looking at?

In most cases you will need to wait 2 years after the BK.
