Just wanted to post this out here, if it could help anyone.
My chapter 13 discharged Jan 2018, same month I got the Cap 1 QS. For the past year I could not get passed the cap 1 softpull auto refinance or autoloan.
I just got an email from Cap 1, saying congrats on being good for a year with the Cap 1 card....... Now go and get approved for auto. They approved me and I got my rate cut in half...... finally.
BTW I did burn Cap 1 with 3 cards in my BK. They were paid back 100 percent in the BK plan though. And I had a Cap 1 autoloan from years ago that was 100 percent perfect and paid off.
