Cap1 Unsecured Card approved 3 days from discharge!

Hey Everyone, 

Super excited, I was just approved for a Capital One QuickSilver One card and its only been 3 days since my discharge! Unsecured, $39 Annual fee and 300 CL but considering I am rebuilding, this is great! I was pretty positive I would be shut down considering Cap1 was IIB and I burnt them for about 8k. Going to be combining this with a secured loan from my credit union to start rebuilding quickly.

Yup, I checked their pre-qualifier first so that I didn’t risk wasting a hard inquiry. Did the same for Discover, sadly I wasn’t pre-approved for any of their cards.

I'm currently filing BK Ch7. Meeting w/ creditors in 3 weeks. DC should be no later than 09/2018. Can't wait to rebuild. It'd be nice to get with Cap1 (IIB) and Discover (never had one). The general consensus is that they are fairly doable after DC.
