Chapter 13 monthly payment amount...

Hi all,

For those that have or had chapter 13, what were your monthly payments?  What % of that amount were for unsecure credit?  I know it's all different but I'm asking for your experience in trying to guage where I would be.  Hope it's not too intrusive.  My income is $70K, my secure obligations for 60 month plan would be $350 per month.  Thanks.  

Des, if you can chime in, does Arizona requires automatic payroll deductions or can you make your own payments?

I believe and I could be wrong, but t depends upon rather or not they place you on a 100% plan or a lesser plan.  In my case, I'm 15% and before I totalled my car a few years ago my payment was $900 a month.  After the car was totalled out and removed from my plan it dropped down to $450 a month.  I had the option to do payroll deduction and I did at my old job.  Once I switched jobs in May 2019 I've paid them directly myself every month.
