Transfer of property, will this be a problem with Trustee?

7 months ago I sold my truck that had some equity in it and paid of secure creditor (2nd Mortgage) and also got my roof replaced because it was in bad shape.  I have receipts/proof of where all proceeds went, nothing fraudulant , at least in my mind.  Now thinking I need to file BK as I'm falling behind, what are your thoughts?

Typically they look back the last 3 months of spending but I would consult an attorney to make sure all will be okay. When I filed almost a year ago now they only looked back 3 months. Best of luck!

It may be a 6 month look back period now but you should double check with your attorney
