Hi, if you pull a free annual credit report the date of removal should be on it, or you can even call the 3 credit bureaus and ask. I also have a BK that I filed in July 1999 and was discharged in Oct 99. On my credit reports on TU removal for BK is in a couple of months in June, and EQ,also EX is in July. So for you I believe your BK should come off in June. Good Luck.
