New to the forum but long time lurker. But, I have a question that I can't seem to find. I just recieved my chexsystems report and its only two negative items on there. One for unpaid balance and another for suspicious activity. Do anyone know what paper I would have to fax to them would it be the automatic stay of collection or the official form 108. Also, is there any other report I would need to order that would prevent me from opening up a credit union account or regular bank account.
