Child support

Hello, so after 10 years the mother of my child decides to ask for child support. Weren't married just finally ended relationship. I'm in a active CH13, how will this affect my plan? I'm in Texas. Do they take the 20% from what I have left over from my plan payment or will I have to modify my plan. In 15 months out of 60. Thanks

Re: Child support

mmm, not familiar with this type of situation, but I would re-consult your attorney you used in your filing, and present this to him or her.

Are you doing a 100% payback, or a modified payback?

Re: Child support

Modified. 27% or somewhere around there
