Collection call after Ch 13 Discharged - Please help!

Discharged Chapter 13 about one month ago. Received a voicemail today from one of the creditors who was calling CONSTANTLY pre-filing. I haven't heard from this creditor in over three years, and my credit report shows that account as IIB with $0 balance. So I know they KNOW I filed.

So what do I do now? Call them back or my attorney? I know my attorney doesn't realy offer followup without additional fees, so, after all this time, he's not going to intervene very much. And after spending literally thousands in getting this BK discharged, I'm not eager to hand over more cash to a lawyer if I can avoid it.

Anyone with advice, PLEASE!

I would just call the creditor and tell them you filed banko.  Give them the case number and your attorneys information.  If they continue to harrass you about something that has been discharged.  You can contact the court since they would be in violation of the automatic stay.
