Collection calls??

Good morning!   I have sat down with 3 different BK attorneys and now trying to decide which one to go with.   I have yet to miss any payments on any of my loans/credit cards but EACH attorney has advised me to not make anymore payments Since I am definitely going to file.  I need to wait another 4-6 weeks to file because 5 months ago, I had a pretty big bonus that reflects on my 6 month average income.   My question is, can these lenders make tons of collection calls even if I make very small payments to them?   Like $20-$30 per month?

Yep.

Unless you send them a letter (CMRR) that says stop calling me.

You know that if you retain an attorney, you tell them that your attorney is now handling your finances and all questions regarding this matter will go through him.

Usually once they get the attorney information, they usually will stop calling once they verify you have retained an attorney.
