Collections on Equifax

Though Verizon was included in my BK, two months after discharge, they showed up on my CRs with an internal collection. No collection agency, thankfully. Long story shot, a family member who I encharged with returning the equipment (I had already switched to Spectrum and had last minute travel) did not do so timely, so Verizon considered it continuation of services after BK and I was on the hook for the $. My BK attorney and I spent an inordinate amount of time with their BK and Recovery department and they would not budge on a PFD. I ended up paying them in full.

EQ is reporting my account status as "Collection" with a notation in the comments section of "Paid Collection". No balance reported. Is this account status correct? I ask because EX and TU have my account status as Paid and Paid/Was In Collection, respectively. I spoke to an EQ rep, whom stated that EQ does not have a "Paid or Paid/Was In Collection status" or anything along those lines to reference paid collections. I just want to make sure that it is reporting the account correctly.

Sidenote: Grateful to have learned today from @gdale6 that I can take this to the CFPB, as I did not reaffirm or sign a new contact, so will be doing this shortly.
