Hi all. I was looking over my credit report and noticed the courthouse address is wrong so I disputed it. The address listed belongs to luxury apartments. I looked on PACER and there is no address listed for the courthouse. How will they verify the information? If they cant verify it they have to delete it, correct?

Neither bankruptcy courts, or PACER directly report bankruptcy information to credit reports. The credit bureaus use PACER to view public records and filings then use that information as well as information by 3rd parties to verify that a BK has been filed. Disputing an incorrect address listed on PACER isn't a loophole that will result in the BK reporting to be removed from credit bureau reports.
@JoeRockhead is correct. I had the same issue and had absolutely no luck disputing this. I just isn't going to work.
