Credit report pre-discharge

Hello.

I had a question if anyone has experienced this, first I am still pre discharge. My discharge is in 20 days.

All but one of my account on my credit report are reporting closed and chapter 7 bk in remarks. Auto loan is reporting correctly as reaffirmed. One personal loan that was charged off is not. The original bank for the loan is reporting closed-charged off/in collections. The collection agency for that account is report open but in remarks says chapter 7 bk. Is this a problem I should address now even BEFORE discharge? Or are they allowed to do this before discharge? Thank you for any help

Re: Credit report pre-discharge

Once the DC is completed. Then your reports will change to all kinds of comments. CO's before BK will stay as CO's. Any monies owed will be discharged. Give it some time after DC then check your reports and make sure all is listed correctly. If not call your lawyer. There are fines for wrong info that he/she could go after the creditors if they dont post what is correct

CO's won't say IIB? Just wondering what to look for as well. My DC is scheduled for 30 days from today. Roughly.
