I logged on the Discover today and noticed that my $500 secured card finally graduated after 11 months with a limit of $1500. I am not sure what took them so long since my Navy Fed graduated back in July. Perhaps it was that Pen Fed approve me for a Gold Visa with starting limit of $6500 last month or maybe they wanted to see a balance on a card since I usually pay them off before a new statement is generated. Either way I am happy since the grocery store that I normal shop at that takes cash, check, debit card, or Discover only.
