Ditto results for me with my 13 - disputed, did not receive instant approval - came back 24 hours later as valid
Yeah... a few months back when I disputed an account that was at the 6 month point the deletion was instant. The fact that the dispute last night for the final account and PR did not come back instantly leads me to believe I'll get the same valid response soon.
Will do it again in July... not a huge deal. Just super annoying how I am stuck waiting till 6 months prior while others get deletions 1-3 years early. It's completely random and I've never been lucky at random... except for a couple times with the lottery.

right there with ya - disputed some accounts and was granted immediate EE at the 6 month window.....disappointing but - I'm in the home stretch so .....

No dice. As Lurker22 said in the other thread... it's pretty obvious to me that Ch 7 is looked upon more favorably for unknown reasons... because why else would they remove those records TWO AND THREE YEARS EARLY while mine is 14 DAYS from EE and is verified as accurate.
Complete and total BS.

More than likely. The courts dont send reports to the CRA's when you file. Its from third parties that the CRA's get their info from for court records. Regular creditors and collections agencies they send the dispute to and they verify it.
got the SAME exact response from them yesterday
It is what it is.
I'll have to doublecheck my reports but I'm pretty sure it says "scheduled for removal 1/24" for both this credit union (car loan) and PR that just came back verified.
If so... that would make July 1st the target date. Nothing I'm losing sleep over either way it's just annoying to see the "Oh hey look at me TU deleted my baddies 3 years early!" threads while I am stuck waiting to the very last day.
Life isn't fair sometimes.
At any rate... much like the other accounts from a few months ago... these final two items "should" be an instant deletion on July 1.
We'll see.

I called EX today to request an EE on my BK7 due to fall off 8/23. The (American) guy was really nice, finally understood what I was asking, put me on hold for a while, checked with his supervisor and came back and said EX won't do EE's. That's fine.
I then called EQ and also got a very nice person who put me on hold to reach her supervisor, but after 20 minutes I gave up. I think I'm just going to let it ride and see when they fall off on their own. Worst case is another 60 days.
I am starting to think that EE with EX and EQ is an anomaly and maybe people sometimes get lucky and get a CSR who doesn't know what they are doing and they just delete it.
Also, I can't imagine that TU won't plug that hole that gives CH7's like me an EE at (in my case) 14 months out, and others on here are at 24 months+. I just think it's something messed up in their computer system since the computer is deleting immediately upon disputing and clearly no human is making a decision. Also the fact that 13's are not getting the same courtesy makes me think that they have a system bug with 7's only. This may be like some other things from the past (of which we may not speak - LOL) that were ultimately corrected due to the myFICO effect. Just speculation on my part (but I think I'm right).

You're only a few weeks from EX automatically doing their version of EE, which is early in the month prior to normal fall off. Said another way, my Chapter 13 was scheduled to fall off my records in January of 2022, EX dropped it within the first few days of December 2021 and the other two did it within the first few days of January.
Chapter 13:
I categorically refuse to do AZEO!

Yeah I wasn't upset. It was just a challenge to see if I could succeed and report back. I pull all three reports so the day it drops from EQ and EX I will report.
