My ex husband filed BR in 2010, after we divorced. I was not a party to the BR but I was an AU on some of his cards. There is one entry on TU which makes reference to "closed/Chapter 7." What should I do? Trying to get credit up to 700 but many of the accounts listed on my report were owned by him with me as AU. As far as I can tell, there is only this one entry that reflects his BR on my credit report.
Suggestions/help? Thank you!
