Experian Early Exclusion

Finally I woke up today and I was confused why Experian FICO8 scored increased by 40 pts (786 now). I went over to see and found that my Chp 7 BK has dropped off. I called EE back in Apr, May and June - once a month to ask for earlier exclusions since I believed it was going to drop off anyway in July. The BK 7 filing date is 10/10/2012. They would not budge. The reps kept saying that EE doesn't apply to BK. Only the supervisor told me that it was way too early for him to do anything, and asked me to call back in early July. I already noted in my calendar to call Experian on July 11.

But apparently I don't have to do that, now I found my TU and EXP CR are clear. Now I am just waiting for my EQ to clear in Sep, hopefully it will drop on Sep 1 as well.

How many months in advance is Early Exclusion. My date is March 17, 2013.  I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try?

I think if the case is the same as mine, then you will get the EE on EX by Dec 1, 2022 or latest by Dec 17, 2022.

yes, thank you. I called Ex two times today, the first lady said no that they dont do Early Exclusions at all. and that it will come off March 17, 2023.  I called back and spoke to a gentleman this time and he actually took some time to look into it and he said that they can't do anything and to call back because they can only do 3 months early. you are definitely right. I put an alert in my calendar to call EX in December ...Thanks again. much appreciated.

Congrats on your early exclusions with Experian and TransUnion . . . keep your fingers cross with Equifax as they are the most difficult CRA to deal with . . . at least that's been my experience!!! Wishing you continued success in your credit rebuild!

Ohh noo... experian is the one that is giving me a hard time. They r the ones said they won't do it and another said I had to wait 3 months out... equifax and transunion already deleted my ch 7 bk already..so im grateful..if anything hopefully December will remove experian..but I'm not giving up. I'll call a few more times..thank you so much for the well wishes
